Softbank is going to launch in August Sharp’s Solar Hybrid 936SH solar-powered mobile phone . The phone have a big solar panel up front for charging. Clearly the big draw here is the big solar array up front that'll give you one minute of call time or two hours of standby per 10 minutes of charging.
Sharp’s Solar Hybrid 936S has a 3-inch ASV LCD display and a 8 Megapixel and ISO up to 12800. Other features take in Bluetooth, InfraRed, FeliCa, WCDMA 3G support and a microSDHC card slot. The 936SH is a waterproof mobile phone that meets the IPX5 and IPX7 standards.
